Cherokee County Farm Bureau

Cherokee County Farm Bureau Cherokee County is the home of the Cherokee Capitol, and Northeastern State University. We have the Illinois River for nature walks and float trips, and Lake Tenkiller that has great fishing and boating. Our main commodities are cattle, poultry, and hay. Cherokee County boasts one of the largest commercial nursery farms west of the Mississippi.
