How to help with the Oklahoma wildfire recovery

As catastrophic wildfires have raged across expanses of western Oklahoma in recent days, we have once again been reminded of both the tragedy of natural diasters and of the outpouring of support our agriculture community gives in trying times.

Below we have compiled some resources for those affected by fires and those looking to aid in fire recovery efforts. If you have additions or corrections for this page, please email the OKFB communications department.

Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance Claims hotline

If you have Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance and have a fire-related claim to report, call the 24/7 new claims hotline at 1-877-632-2524.

Hay Donations

If you would like to donate hay to farmers and ranchers affected by the wildfires, please call the phone numbers below:

Monetary fire recovery donations

If you would like to make a donation to help the short- and long-term recovery efforts for agriculturalists affected by the 2018 wildfires, the following foundations are accepting donations:

    • The Oklahoma Farming & Ranching Foundation
      • Donate online via PayPal or make checks payable to the Oklahoma Farming & Ranching Foundation with "Wildfire Relief" in the memo and mail to the foundation at 2501 N. Stiles, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
    • The Oklahoma Cattlemen's Foundation Wildfire Relief Fund
      • Donate online or make checks payable to Oklahoma Cattlemen's Foundation, with "Fire Relief" in the memo line and send to P.O. Box 82395., Oklahoma City, OK 73148.
    • Oklahoma Farmers Union Foundation
      • Make checks payable to Farmers Union Foundation with“Wildfire Relief” in the memo line and mail to the attention of Wildfire Relief at P.O. Box 24000, Oklahoma City, OK 73124.
