Scholarship Programs
Administered by Oklahoma State University's
(Stillwater, OK) College of Agriculture, Oklahoma Farm Bureau offers
a $500 scholarship to an incoming freshman demonstrating leadership
and academic excellence. For more information, contact OSU at 405-744-7877.
The Oklahoma Farm Bureau
and Affiliated Companies and its Young Farmers & Ranchers Committee
offer nine $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors pursuing a
career in agriculture at an Oklahoma institution of higher learning
as a full-time student. Applicants must be from a Farm Bureau voting
member family. Scholarship applications are available at county
Farm Bureau offices across the state. Applications are sent
to all Oklahoma Future Farmers of America chapters and county extension
offices by March, for an April deadline. More information can be
obtained by contacting FBW/YF&R Coordinator Marcia Irvin at

At least 20 of the 77
county Farm Bureaus offer scholarships to their member families.
