OFB partners with Oklahoma State University to provide agricultural advocacy course
Oklahoma Farm Bureau and Oklahoma State University’s Department of Animal Science are once again offering a course designed to equip animal science upperclassmen with the information and skills needed to become agriculture advocates and industry spokespersons.
Students will have the opportunity to hear from a variety of agricultural leaders, including producers, legislators and commodity officials. Media training is also a key component of the course.
ANSI 4900: Animal Agriculture Advocacy and Policy meets each Friday during the spring semester at
11:30 a.m. – 12:20 p.m. in 124 Animal Science Building.
