Oklahoma Farm Bureau FFA Communications Conference

July 13, 2026 | Edmond
$25 per student

Oklahoma Farm Bureau is proud to host our sixth-annual conference for Oklahoma FFA members to learn how to share the FFA story in their local communities and beyond.

The conference will equip students with knowledge of basic communications techniques and concepts in areas including writing, photography, social media and more, all taught by leading Oklahoma communications professionals.

The conference is designed for students of all communications experience levels–from FFA members who have experience telling their FFA story to students who are new to communicating for the organization.

Conference Details

The OKFB FFA Communications Conference is a one-day conference held Monday, July 13, starting in the morning and running to mid-afternoon. The event will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center in Edmond, conveniently located off I-35 at the Covell exit.

The conference will feature combined group sessions along with breakout sessions, which focus on specific communications disciplines. Sessions will feature agriculture and communications industry experts from across Oklahoma.

A lunch will be provided, and students will have an opportunity to win prizes that will help them tell their FFA chapter’s story throughout the upcoming school year.

How to Register

Each FFA chapter can bring up to two students at a cost of $25 per student. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and once spots are filled, students can request to be placed on a waiting list.

FFA advisors can register their students using the online form below. Please take the time to complete the pre-conference survey included, which will help us tailor the content of the conference to best suit FFA members’ needs.

We are pleased to announce that credit card payments are now accepted! Registration may also be paid by check. If paying by check, an invoice will be generated and sent to the FFA advisor’s provided email address after registration is complete.

Checks should be mailed to Oklahoma Farm Bureau, Attn: Rachel Havens, 2501 N. Stiles, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.

Payment must be received by Monday, June 29, to secure students’ spots in the conference.
