Washita County Farm Bureau promotes a positive image and demonstrates a strong commitment to the future of agriculture through programs such as livestock and meat judging contests, 4-H and FFA programs, county fairs and safety programs. Washita County’s top commidities are wheat, cotton, hay and cattle.

Special features of Washita County include the historic Courthouse Square in Cordell, Main Street Program in Cordell, annual Pumpkin Festival and the Washita County Fair.
